Value & Winter Seasons: Jan. 4 thru Dec. 14
A two night reservation deposit is due within 10 days of booking date to hold the reservation. The balance, including tax and security deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no additional expenses or damage has incurred. Late check out without prior approval may result in extra charges.
$100 fee per unit is charged if cancelled prior to 90 days from arrival date. Otherwise, full payment or deposit will be forfeited Refunds of full payment are given based only on nights resold less a $200 service fee. Reservations for multiple units will require full payment 60 days in advance.
Christmas Season: Dec. 15 thru Jan. 3
Three night reservation deposit is required. Balance is due by September 1st. 50% refund of deposit if cancelled prior to June 1st. Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled after June 1st. Refund of full payment, less $200, is subject to re-sale of the booking (rate and days). Minimum 7 nights. $200 Security Deposit is also required.
Last Minute Bookings - Full payment must be received by second day following reservation. No booking will be honored unless payment has been received. We reserve the right to verify checks with your bank and cancel booking if bank cannot clear the amount. Bookings of less than 7 nights may be subject to cleaning charge.
Check-in time is 3:00pm HST
Check-out time is 11:00am HST
Check-out maid service is provided. Interim maid service is provided for stays of over 12 nights. Extra or daily maid services can be arranged for an additional cost.
The security deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure if no additional expenses or damages were incurred.
